Paul Jones, District Manager in the Western Region for NS Environment and Climate Change, will be discussing and answering your questions about regulations and permit requirements around watercourses and ditches. Mark Greenwood, Surface Water Quantity Program Lead with the Nova Scotia Department of Environment and Climate Change, will also be on hand to discuss regulations around surface water withdrawal permitting and required monitoring of water flows.  EFP staff will also be present to help answer any questions.
