NSFA is pleased to introduce the new Public Trust strategy for food and farming in Nova Scotia. This strategy is a foundational piece for building and strengthening trust in the food system for our province. We know there is an important relationship between our health, food, and agriculture. We believe food and agriculture’s ability to innovate, grow, and thrive in the future depends on the foundation of public trust. Trust is the currency of the future.

We are hosting a series of online sessions to introduce the strategy and have open discussions about public trust and the beginning steps of this work. We are inviting anyone interested-in or working-in food and agriculture in Nova Scotia. This session is open to anyone in the food system, but we are specifically targeting Dieticians, Naturopathic Doctors, Food and Public Health Researchers, and Public Health professionals.
