Farm Safety NS, the Cumberland Federation of Agriculture and NSDA are hosting a Transportation Guidelines Information session at The Community Credit Union Business Innovation Centre (5 Ratchford Street, Amherst) on April 13, 2026, 7:00pm-9:00pm.

Ken Chisolm from NS Vehicle Transportation Inspection will cover licensing requirements, registrations, towing, size restrictions and more. There will also be opportunities for questions throughout the presentation. All farmers in the region are invited to attend. Light refreshments will be provided.
