This year, we’ve moved to a different part of the province and pushed the start time a little later in the morning. Because let’s face it: winter driving first thing on a cold day isn’t ideal, and who doesn’t love a good brunch?

Winter can take a toll on all of us, and many people find the cold and shorter daylight hours difficult. But this time of year doesn’t have to be defined by the blues. Join us for a “Brunch & Learn” session designed to uplift your spirits and provide practical tools to face the season’s challenges.
