Expression of Interest for NSFA Appointments

The NSFA is seeking interested members for recommendation to the Weed Control Advisory Committee and the Livestock Health Services Board.

Weed Control Advisory Committee (non-adjudicative)

The objective of the committee is to advise on the establishment of Weed Control regulations and the designation of noxious weeds. To qualify members must have previous proven ability to identify and distinguish weeds, experience with weed control practices and knowledge of the effects of invasive plants on agriculture. All members should have the ability to judge fairly, make decisions, high degree of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
